At Glo Melanin, we want you to glow with confidence; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day window for returns on unopened and unused beauty products. Please note that for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that have been opened or tested.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team at [email protected] with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring the RA number is clearly written on the outside of the box to prevent processing delays.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Mail your package using a trackable shipping service to our distribution center; please keep your tracking receipt until the return is confirmed.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
